Agreement to Our Legal Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between Trete Store (“Trete Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you,” “your”).
They govern your access to and use of tretestore.com and any related features, content, or services linked to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.

We may revise these Terms periodically. When updates occur, we’ll change the “Last Updated” date above.
Your continued use of the Services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to print or save a copy for future reference.

1) Our Services

Our Services are intended for use only where they are lawful.
If you access them from another location, you do so at your own discretion and are solely responsible for following local laws.

2) Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on the Services — including text, graphics, images, audio, video, databases, source code, and overall design (collectively, “Content”) — as well as all trademarks and logos (“Marks”) are owned or licensed by Trete Store.
They are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
The Content and Marks are provided “as is” for your personal, non-commercial, or internal business use only.

3) License to Use the Services

As long as you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services.
You may view, download, or print limited portions of Content for personal or internal business use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, modify, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services, Content, or Marks without prior written consent from us.

4) User Representations

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
  • You are not a minor in your jurisdiction;
  • You will not use automated tools (bots, scripts, or similar means) to access the Services;
  • You will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized activities; and
  • Your use complies with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any provided information is false, outdated, or incomplete.

5) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Collect or extract data from the Services without permission;
  • Interfere with or disable security features;
  • Misuse support channels or submit fraudulent abuse reports;
  • Upload harmful code, spam, or malware;
  • Use scraping, data-mining, or automation tools without authorization;
  • Remove or alter intellectual property notices;
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation through your use of the Services.

6) Submissions & Feedback

When you send us comments, questions, ideas, or feedback (“Submissions”), you grant Trete Store a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute those Submissions for any lawful purpose, without obligation or attribution.
You affirm that you have the rights to share such materials and that they contain no confidential or proprietary information.

7) User-Generated Content & License

If our Services allow you to post or upload material (“Contributions”), you retain ownership of what you create.
However, by posting, you grant Trete Store a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the Services.
You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree that they will not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or violate any rights of others.

8) Services Management

We may — though not required to — monitor activity on the Services, remove objectionable material, enforce these Terms, or take appropriate legal action when necessary to protect our rights and maintain functionality.

9) Term & Termination

These Terms remain active for as long as you use the Services.
We may deny or revoke access to anyone, at any time, for any reason (including IP blocking), without prior notice.
If terminated, you may not create a new account using your name or another person’s identity.

10) Modifications & Interruptions

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.
We make no guarantee of continuous availability and are not liable for downtime, errors, or interruptions.

11) Pricing, Orders & Availability

All pricing, descriptions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — including for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.
If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a prompt refund to your original payment method.

12) Shipping, Returns & Refunds (Summary)

Shipping: Refer to our Shipping Policy (last updated October 1, 2025). Orders process Monday–Friday (EST), cut-off 5:00 PM EST. U.S. mainland only (excludes APO/FPO, AK/HI/PR/Guam/USVI, or international).
Returns: Per our Return Policy (last updated October 1, 2025). Returns accepted within 180 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, tagged items with proof of purchase. No cost for approved returns.
Refunds: Per our Refund Policy (last updated October 1, 2025). Orders may be canceled within 24 hours; eligibility conditions apply.
If discrepancies arise, the specific policy pages shall prevail.

13) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES — EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, NOR THAT CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT.

14) Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, Trete Store AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Trete Store IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Certain jurisdictions may not allow these limitations; in such cases, some provisions may not apply.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trete Store, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
(a) your use of the Services;
(b) your violation of these Terms;
(c) infringement of any third-party rights; or
(d) any harmful interaction with other users.

16) Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (Last Updated: October 1, 2025).
These explain how we handle personal data, cookies, and tracking technologies.

17) Electronic Communications, Transactions & Signatures

By using our Services, you consent to receive communications electronically.
You agree that electronic agreements, notices, and records satisfy legal requirements for written communication.
You consent to using electronic signatures for transactions conducted through the Services.

18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of California, excluding conflict of law rules.
Venue: Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Santa Clara County, California, where you consent to personal jurisdiction.
Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days after written notice.
No Class Actions: Disputes must be handled individually — not as part of any class or representative action.

(If you prefer arbitration language instead, we can insert an AAA or JAMS clause.)

19) Miscellaneous

These Terms, along with any posted policies (Shipping, Return, Refund, Cookie), constitute the entire agreement between you and Trete Store.
If any section is deemed invalid, the remainder remains fully enforceable.
Failure to enforce any term does not waive our rights.
We may assign our rights at any time.
Nothing herein creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
